The Body Of Christ!

If more people would listen to the holy Spirit more than they do other people. Christians just might unite as one body. The Body of Christ is never divided. But it seems that somehow religion divides us by its different teachings. Now this is something i never understood. They all claim to be a part of Christ Body yet they have divided themselves from each other by doctrine. I’m sure Jesus never meant for this to be.
In my opinion and what Ive read in the Bible all religions are false. If you truly take a deep look into them you will see what im talking about. But you have to look through the eyes of the Holy Spirit to see it.
You have to put away all you have been taught by men and allow God to teach you on a personal level. I started noticing a long time ago as i strayed from church to church searching for the real truth. I found my truth and it wasn’t in religions or churches. It was inside me. God put it there and He also reveled to me that if people were separated by beliefs then they couldn’t be a part of The Body of Christ. This made sense to me because there is no way that there can be any division in Christ Body. Think about that for awhile before you comment.
Its time we read our Bibles and let the greatest teacher of all (Jesus Christ) show us the way.We dont need any interpreters to guide us. Have faith in God not man Remember this Scripture
Romans 3:4 God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.
Test the Spirit even if you believe it to be The Holy Spirit
2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

  1. James 1:27King James Version (KJV)

“27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.”

Religion itself is not bad since it is defined for us in Scripture. What becomes a problem is when we are ruled by doctrines of men which takes the place of God’s statutes. We become hypocrites, people end up asserting their intelligent sounding interpretation are the right one and push people to contradict God’s Word.

All Christians are advised not to “go beyond what is written” in 1 Corinthians 4:6 that we may avoid divisions and that we will be of sound mind.

    1. That is the exact Scripture that came to my mind. We should discern between true religion and false religion. Religion that is anchored in Christ isn’t bad. Religion has become a “bad word” amongst Christians when it really shouldn’t be. I appreciate the sentiment, and I do understand the message you were trying to deliver, but thought I’d add my two cents as well. God bless!
